Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the FindTestingJobs (the "Service") operated by Visiored ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
FindTestingJobs is a platform that helps you find testing jobs if you're a job seeker, or find testers if you're an employer.
To use our Service, you must create an account. You may register using email + password or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
By using our Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
FindTestingJobs offers both free and paid services:
We use Stripe as our third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. Refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase only. Please contact us to request a refund.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms, or if your use of the Service is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
In no event shall Visiored, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Visiored makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
